One child, one month, one sponsor
Some children come to a CarePoint hungry and ill enough that the meals and medical care save their lives. £40 is what it costs to care for one child at a CarePoint for a month. You pay all of it, so your child has no other sponsor.

Our care is Christian. Children hear the Gospel, learn the Bible and pray together, and are brought into a local church: breaking the cycles of poverty and spiritual brokenness through discipleship in Jesus Christ.

Your child keeps living with their own family, which may be grandparents or other relatives. The CarePoint supports the family too.

They are safer at home
Carers visit the home and know the family, and support the parent or grandparent raising them, with practical help when a family needs it.
They stay in school
We help with school fees and uniforms where a family can't manage them, and tutor them, so they can finish school. Our programme has reduced teen pregnancy by 92% among the girls in our care.
They are known, and looked out for
A carer who knows them well sees them every week, teaches them how to keep safe and notices when something is wrong, with counselling when it's needed. They learn about Jesus, and are prayed for.
They can provide for themselves
Secondary school or training, money skills and help to start earning. We stay for years, until a young person can provide for themselves and help others.
